Exchange Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products:
We take pride in our quality, but in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we've got you covered! Simply send an email with your order details to thepastelcaravan.com, along with unboxing video and clear images showing the condition of the product. Our exchange policy is valid for 24 hours from the time you receive your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange if more than 24 hours have passed since delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all packaging and tags.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup, and the product will be inspected before we send a replacement.
Refund Policy for Returns:
We take great pride in the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we're here to assist you.
To request a refund for a damaged product, please email us at thepastelcaravan.com within 24 hours of receiving your item, along with your order details, an unboxing video, and clear images showing the damage. Refunds will only be processed for products that are damaged upon arrival.
Refund Eligibility:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.

The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If more than 24 hours have passed, we cannot process a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please Note: Certain product categories, such as customized products, gift hampers, and wall art frames/art prints, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Return the Product:
After your refund request is approved, please mail the product to the address provided in the return confirmation email. Ensure the following:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received, with all packaging, tags, etc. intact.
- The package is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us at thepastelcaravan.com with your order details. Cancellations are only possible if the product has not yet been shipped.
We will deduct 2% of the order value as transaction charges and issue your refund accordingly.
Anti-Fraud Policy:
To ensure transparency, customers claiming missing items or damaged products must provide an unedited unboxing video. The video should clearly show the unopened package from all sides and the full process of opening the package.
